Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently we charge sales tax for customers whose billing address is in Wisconsin.

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your credit card statement will show 1KINGWW as the charge.
Do you accept paypal?
Yes. We accept both Paypal and regular credit card payments.
Can I pay by check/money order?
Not at this time.
Can I Order Over The Phone?
Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time.
What size should I buy?
Please view the Size Guide for approximate sizing of all of our garments. All garments inherently vary slightly in sizing from style to style.
Why are your prices so high?
Our mission is to give all the Glory to God by sharing His message to everyone. This includes people that may not know Him yet. The quality & application techniques we offer is next to none and the message needs to be placed on quality products that are worthy of secular shoppers, in order to effectively witness to them. Our shirts are custom made all by hand. No two shirts are the same. Every garment is illustrated, dyed and decorated by hand to make everything created truly unique. With that said, we are continuing to explore ways to deliver the same quality while also being respectful of cost.
How should I care for my items?
Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle.
How do I sign up to be on the email list?
Simply put in your email address in the email address box in the top right corner above the navigation & hit enter or return.

If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

How Do You Ship Your Orders?
Orders are shipped by either the US Postal Service or UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days from receipt by us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to US Postal Service backups. Which is why we are happy to have UPS as another shipping option.
What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items.
What does (Preorder/Backorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder/backorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.
Can I return an Item?
Yes. Please view the Return Policy for all of our returns policies.
Is your site secure?
We make your shopping experience as safe as possible using the SSL protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all trasnmitted personal information, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information. In addition, hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.
